If for any reason you would like to refund your purchase, simply ship back the unused item and tags with a copy of your receipt to Hilton’s Tent City. We will refund any item received within 60 days of the purchase date.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received, any item received after 60 days will convert into a store credit.
