The Marmot
double Wide 15° down bag proved itself well in temperatures
down to the low single digits, impressive for a weight
of about 3 pounds. Particularly roomy, with extra wiggle
room for playing cards or reading a book by flashlight,
the Marmot Double Wide is surprisingly roomy, but astonishingly
warm. Locking zippers keep the bag from opening up in
the middle of the night, and a cozy hood is super nice,
especially with a puffy draft collar around the neck.
Cinch it up super tight or open sections inside without
creating cold spots with the expandable zip open sections,
hence the name, the Double Wide. |
